Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-11
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ogle collects, how we use it, and who processes it on our behalf. We aim to collect as little as possible to run the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Talrax (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For any privacy question, contact support@talrax.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account email. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and basic profile details so you can sign in. We use this to identify your account and associate it with your API key.
- Usage counts. We record the number of API requests made under each API key so we can enforce plan quotas and show your usage in the dashboard. This is a count — we do not store the titles, subtitles, URLs, or images you generate as part of normal metering.
- Billing metadata. When you subscribe, our payments provider (Paddle) processes your payment and shares limited subscription metadata (such as plan and status) with us. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Operational logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard request logs (such as IP address and timestamps) to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To authenticate you and enforce plan limits and quotas.
- To process subscriptions and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To respond to support requests you send to support@talrax.com.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the sub-processors listed below, and only as needed to run the Service.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy:
- Clerk — user authentication and account management (stores your email and login credentials).
- Paddle — payments and subscription billing, acting as our Merchant of Record (handles checkout, tax, and card data).
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery (processes request traffic and operational logs).
6. Data retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (billing records are typically retained by our payments provider as required by law).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@talrax.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and we rely on established providers (Clerk, Paddle, Vercel) for authentication, payments, and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
