Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Ogle subscriptions.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Ogle paid plans (Pro and Scale) are billed monthly in advance. Pricing and included quotas are shown on our pricing page. The Free plan is, and remains, free.
Payments and billing are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all purchases. Paddle is the seller of record and manages checkout, invoicing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Cancellation takes effect immediately — your paid plan ends as soon as you confirm.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan right away, and you are not charged again.
- The current billing period is not prorated or refunded; you are simply not billed for any future period.
Because cancellation is immediate rather than at period end, cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period.
3. Refunds
As our Merchant of Record, Paddle processes all refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund — for example, a recent charge you did not expect, or a service issue we could not resolve — you can:
- Email us at support@talrax.comand we will review your request and coordinate with Paddle, or
- Contact Paddle directly using the receipt/invoice email you received at checkout.
We generally consider good-faith refund requests for the most recent monthly charge made within 14 days, particularly where the Service did not work as described. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
4. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error, contact support@talrax.com and we will arrange a correction or refund of the duplicate charge through Paddle.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
